Enabling
You can set a channel as LTP or HTP at any time, but it’s wise to do so
before writing cues. All channels default to HTP (considered “normal”)
except when used for moving lights. The moving light intensity channel
defaults to HTP, and all other moving light channels default to LTP.
Channels may be set as HTP or LTP in the Channel Attributes display,
either singly or in ranges.
1. Press [Setup] [1][1] [Enter] to go to the channel attributes display.
2. Press [1] [Thru] [10] [Enter] to select channels 1-10.
3. Move to the LTP column with the right arrow.
4. Press [1] to change to LTP. Press [0] to change to Normal (HTP).
Working with LTP channels
Background Overrides
Cues running in the background can be stopped, adjusted or otherwise
controlled with background overrides

. These overrides are available with
a softkey in the Stage Display as follows:
1. Press [Stage] [S3], Background Overrides.
2. Select a cue by pressing its number, then [Enter].
3. Select one of the following options by number, then press [Enter]:

When more than one cue is running in the background, you may iden-
tify which cue contains a particular channel by looking at the “Source”
field for that channel in the About Channel display.
1. Clear cue Same effect on a background cue
that pressing the [CLEAR] key has on
a foreground cue.
2. Cancel cue Same effect on a background cue
that pressing the [HOLD] key twice
has on a foreground cue.
3. Finish cue Takes all cue channels to their com-
pleted levels immediately.
4. Master cue on x-
wheel
Take proportional control of the lev-
els of all channels immediately.
5. Alter rate of cue
on x-wheel.
Adjust cue timing.
