Create in a spreadsheet
The procedure for creating in a spreadsheet is similar for each type of
spreadsheet. Follow these steps to create cues in the cues spread-
sheet

1. From the Cue Spreadsheet display, Press [S2], Create Cue.
2. Enter the cue number. Press [Enter].
3. Enter the channel number or range

. Press [Enter].
Note: For cues, If you press [S7], Enable Tracking, in the spreadsheet
before creating the cue, all channels start with the same values as in the
previous cue.
Edit in a spreadsheet
The procedure for editing a spreadsheet is similar for each type of spread-
sheet. Follow these steps to edit cues in the cues spreadsheet

1. From the Cue Spreadsheet display, Press [S1], Select Cue.
2. Enter the cue number or range. Press [Enter].
3. Enter the channel number or range

. Press [Enter].
4. Enter an intensity. Press [Enter].
Also, editing in any of the four spreadsheets may be restricted with the
Replace Level softkey to channels that have a specific level.
1. From the Cue Spreadsheet display, Press [S1], Select Cue.
2. Enter the cue number or range. Press [Enter].
3. Press [1] [Thru] [20] [S3], Replace Level, [50] to select only those
channels in the range 1-20 with a level of 50. Press [Enter].
4. Press [Full] to change the levels of the selected channels from 50%
to Full. Press [Enter].
Delete in a spreadsheet
The procedure for deleting cues in a spreadsheet is similar for each type
of spreadsheet. Follow these steps to delete cues in the cues
spreadsheet

1. From the Cue Spreadsheet display, Press [S6], Delete Cue.
2. Enter the cue number or range. Press [Enter].
3. Press [Enter] to delete. Press [Clear] to cancel the delete.

Changes made in a spreadsheet are immediately recorded into the
cue, group, etc.

Groups can be used when creating or editing in spreadsheets.
